In my representative work I express the connection an individual has with their environment, internal and external, and how that connection gives them strength and allows room for growth. It also encompasses the sense of loneliness and longing that can be experienced no matter how much the individual is incorporated into that environment. Texture and vibrant color are used to express the duality of human emotion.
